Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of reserved courses, we will follow the policy outlined below.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation date: Full refund
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the reservation date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the reservation date: No refund
Reservation Changes:
Changes to the reservation date are possible depending on availability. Please contact us by no later than 3 days before the reservation date for changes. Any changes requested within 3 days of the reservation will be considered a cancellation.
No-shows:
If you do not show up on the reservation date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Special Circumstances:
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or significant delays in public transportation, we will consider individual cases for cancellation.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed and will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
